I have had problems with ads all the time, especially animated ads, they cause they game to lag and if it continues for a long time the game will crash or the page automatically refresh, this is in regards to pc (also happens on console broser aswell as ios), an easy fix i think would be to change from animated ads to normal png or jpeg image ads.
